Recent events have once again highlighted the critical need to establish and maintain search and rescue capabilities in order to perform complex operations on a national and international scale. More than ever, these capabilities need to be rapidly planned, deployed, interoperable and affordable.The 2015 Australian and New Zealand Search and Rescue Conference is a one-day conference held on the 6th May 2015 at Jupiters Gold Coast, Queensland Australia

The 2015 Australian and New Zealand Search and Rescue Conference is hosted in-conjunction with the Australian and New Zealand Disaster and Emergency Management Conference at the Gold Coast, Queensland,  Australia.

The conference brings together leading Search and Rescue practitioners to discuss how we can move towards better integration between different Search and Rescue agencies.

It will be a leading event for all those involved in the effective provision of search and rescue capabilities. It acts as a crucial meeting point for all those wishing to discuss the latest operational feedback, lessons learnt and next generation equipment requirements.

It is the must attend gathering for all those that work in and around search and rescue from the civilian and military communities that wish to learn from, and meet with thought leaders from around the region.
